Rivian R2 & R3

Rivian, famous for their clever R1 electric truck have just revealed the R2 electric SUV and R3 electric hatchback. The R2 starts at $45k, about half of their current R1. Rivian’s been in the news for cash woes lately and big losses on each vehicle sold. Will the new releases put some much needed wind in their sails??

Muscle Ice Cream | Ninja Creami


I impulse bought this thing 2 AM, starving on layover for a flight to Shanghai. It soon became one of my favorite purchases ever. Regular ice cream makers spin and freeze liquids - which means you need a ton of fat and sugar to get the right consistency. But the creami takes a solid block of ice and grinds it into ice cream. That means you can just freeze fruit juice or a protein drink and spin it into delicious, healthy ice cream. 

If you like to stay fit but have a sweet tooth like me, check this thing out. 

And here’s my recipe for a no sugar, high protein vanilla base. Just add in toppings like a couple oreos for cookies and cream, cherries and dark chocolate for cherry garcia… get creative!

Rob’s Muscle Ice Cream - Vanilla

1 Egg

1 Scoop Dymatize Whey Protein - Vanilla

1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener or .1G Stevia

1.5 cups Coconut Milk (or your milk of choice)

Just mix these, freeze it overnight, spin it in the creami, add your toppings and voila!
