Last week we inspected thousands of shafts at our motor manufacturer and picked the very best ones to make motors with. We just got the first batch of motors in yesterday and… full assembly has officially begun!
We’ve put everything into ensuring this is the best batch of bikes we’ve ever made.

What happens next?
G2 Roadsters and Trails are being assembled now. They’ll go through a very thorough inspection process by the factory QC leads and a final test by our inspectors. Their job is to make sure nothing leaves the factory with any blemish or defect that could disappoint a FLXer in any way.
Attack assembly is more challenging than the other bikes, so we always schedule it at the end of a production run, when quality momentum is at it’s absolute peak! We’re looking to begin Attack assembly next week.
We’ll start shipping complete bikes out as soon as there are enough to fill containers with. As there are a lot of patiently awaiting pre-orders for complete G2 bikes, we’ll be sending a load of complete bikes first before sending the G2 upgrade kits out in a following shipment.
