Office Interval Workouts
What if you could skip going to the gym but still get all the benefits?
Turn a chore into the best moments of your day?
Well you can - with this life changing mood, productivity and health hack
We’re gonna combine the Pomodoro focus technique
With short interval exercises throughout your day
Each day you’ll complete a load of high quality focused work
AND get a great workout in
Here’s how it works:
You choose the most important work task to focus on
You set a pomodoro timer for 25 minutes (like this or this physical one)
During this time you focus solely on this one task - no distractions, phones etc
Once the time’s up, you rest your mind and work your body
Set the timer for 5 minutes
And do 5 minutes of exercise
Then just repeat, knocking out your most important work
And favorite exercises
But what exercises do I do?
If you have a regular workout routine -
Just follow that and adapt it to your space
Do I need equipment?
You can get a decent workout with bodyweight only
BUT for better results you can get some gear
I currently use a set of 3 kettlebells (25, 45, 60lbs)
And a bag of resistance bands
Adjustable dumbbells and bench would really complete the kit
Won’t this cut into my work time?
Yes and no
Most people would get more work done
Because we naturally need some breaks from work throughout the day
That’s why you see people checking out and smoking,
Scrolling social media, pulling up a youtube video, or just checking out
So by quantifying exactly how long you’ll focus and rest for
You avoid the trap of being sucked into doom scrolling social media
Or pulling up a secret window for some online shopping
When I train at work I feel like a million bucks
Like I’m getting healthier by being here and doing my job
And because I know I’ll be saving hours at the gym
I’ll often stay an extra couple hours just to keep the momentum rolling
I know this hack may not be for everyone
So don’t email me saying you got in trouble
For deadlifting during your open heart surgery
Take the idea and ask how you can make it work for you

The Pulseer E-Foil
It’s an electric hydrofoil that can go up to 30mph

There’s some technique to it but using it is simple
- Lay on the board and use the remote’s throttle to pick up a little speed
