We have discovered that ALL communication sent through the "Ask a question" link on the Indiegogo campaign is directed to a no-reply. None of our responses to these inquiries have been delivered. If you need to contact us please email us directly at hello@flx.bike.
For the hundreds of responses that were delivered to a black hole... we are working on a solution to resend directly to your email.
Production and shipping continue at a rapid pace. Distribution will begin in the coming weeks. This is a very dynamic process with many variables and we will keep you updated on the process.
The first container full of components for European production has been held up in customs, we are pushing hard to kick off EU assembly. Stay tuned for more.

This week we have welcomed two new team members:
Caitlin, who has managed supply chains during her time in the Army as our new Supply Chain and Logistics Manager. She is responsible for making sure all production and fulfillment are organized and streamlined as we continue to increase volume.
Erica, our new Customer Service Manager, has extensive experience managing helpdesk operations. She'll be implementing a new helpdesk with more information, self-help options, troubleshooting trees and working closely with our fantastic support team to decrease response times and improve service quality all around.
As a friendly reminder, there is much work to be done, so we are unable to answer "where is my bike" support requests - instead we're focusing full force on building and distributing the bikes to you as soon as possible.
When your bike ships you'll get an email with the tracking number!
