Join us at the factory to watch the very first Babymaker shipment loading. The team is working late into the night to get your Babymakers out as soon as possible. These Babymakers are being sent by sea freight to California. From there they'll clear customs and get sent on to our fulfillment center. At this point, they will be labeled and sent your way.
If your Babymaker is on this shipment we will send you a tracking number as soon as it goes out. Note: We're doing our best to fulfill on a first come first serve basis - this is based on availability so some configurations may ship before others.
European production is underway in Spain and we will send updates about this as soon as possible. For our friends in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, dedicated containers will be sent directly to your country.
Again, there is much work to be done, so we are unable to answer "where is my bike" support requests - instead we're focusing full force on building and distributing the bikes to you as soon as possible.
When your bike ships you'll get an email with the tracking number!
