All welds on the Blade are smooth welded. 

That means we put down a regular bead weld first and go over it another time with heat only for about 3 times longer than a standard weld to melt the weld down to a buttery smooth finish.  

The smooth weld crew combs each frame to exacting detail.

We're stacking frames up.
