We’re excited to invite you to be part of the Superhuman Bikes Creator Program — a short-term bike loan and performance-based opportunity designed to get electric bikes into the hands of passionate creators, and reward those who help us grow.

Test Ride for 1 Month
- We’ll send you a Superhuman Bike of your choice for a 1-month trial period.
- You’ll get to ride, shoot, and share your experience on your terms.
Content Deliverables
As part of the program, we ask for the following:
- 1 Unboxing/Assembly Video
- 1 YouTube Review
- 4 Instagram Reels or TikToks Minimum
- 5+ high-quality photos Minimum (shot on iPhone or camera – your choice)
Note: For professional photographers/videographers, deliverables will be agreed upon separately per collaboration.
Earn Your Ride
If 5 bikes are sold using your link or code within 30 days, the bike is yours to keep for free — no strings attached.

Terms and Conditions
Superhuman Bikes Creator Program – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Superhuman Bikes Creator Program (“Program”) operated by Superhuman Bikes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
Superhuman Bikes will provide approved creators (“Participant”) with a demo eBike for a 1-month trial period. The Participant agrees to create and share content per the deliverables outlined in their agreement. Participants may earn a free bike upon achieving 5 qualifying sales using a unique referral code.
2. Eligibility
• Must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States (excluding Canada).
• Must be an active content creator on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Must have submitted and been approved through our Creator Application process.
• Must sign this agreement and submit valid photo ID.
3. Content Deliverables
During the 1-month trial, Participant must produce:
• 1 YouTube video (short or long-form)
• 2 Reels or TikToks
• 5 high-quality photos (iPhone or camera)
Note: Content must be sent to Superhuman Bikes and posted publicly and tag @superhumanbikes in captions and/or video descriptions.
4. Media Rights & Release
By participating, you grant Superhuman Bikes a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, share, edit, and promote the content you create across our digital platforms, ads, website, and marketing materials.
5. Shipping Costs & Logistics
• Superhuman Bikes covers shipping both ways (approx. $200 each way).
• Creators must safely repackage the bike using the original box and packaging materials.
• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
• Failure to return the bike on time (within 3 days of trial end) will result in a $100 late fee per week.
6. Bike Damage, Loss, or Theft
Participants are responsible for the condition and safety of the bike during the trial.
• Minor wear is expected.
• Significant damage, destruction, or neglect will result in a repair or replacement fee up to the bike’s retail value.
• If the bike is lost or stolen while in your possession, you will be liable for the full MSRP of the bike.
• Proof of theft (e.g. police report) must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident.
7. Return Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse future participation in the program and/or charge up to the full retail price of the bike if:
• The bike is returned late or improperly packed
• The bike is returned damaged due to misuse or shipping negligence
• The Participant is unresponsive to return coordination
We will follow up 2x via email and phone before escalating to collections or legal proceedings.
8. Referral & Sale Tracking
• You will be assigned a unique referral code and/or link.
• You must use only the code/link assigned to you to earn credit for sales.
• A sale is counted once the bike is paid in full and not returned within the return window.
• You are eligible to receive 1 bike free once 5 qualifying sales are tracked to your referral code.
Sales made through other channels or creators are not eligible for transfer or dispute.
9. Program Duration
• The program is available by invitation only, and launches 6/6/2025
• The 1-month content window begins once the bike is marked as delivered.
• Your code will remain valid for up to 5 days after your trial ends.
• Superhuman Bikes reserves the right to pause or end the program at any time without notice.
10. Paid Modeling Opportunities (San Diego Only)
Participants located in or near San Diego may be given first dibs on paid modeling or video shoot opportunities as they arise. Participation does not guarantee payment unless agreed upon separately.
11. Limitations of Liability
Superhuman Bikes is not liable for:
• Any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during filming or content creation
• Accidents or injury resulting from misuse of the bike
• Claims arising from third-party involvement during production
Creators are advised to ride responsibly, wear a helmet, and comply with all local laws.
13. Enforcement & Breach
We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time if you breach these terms or act in bad faith. This includes but is not limited to failure to deliver content, late return of bikes, or intentional damage.
14. Have Fun
We know all this legal jargon is scary, but at the end of the day, we just want our creators to have more adventure and connection in their lives. The last term and condition of this agreement is to have fun and be yourself. Get out there, ride hard, make memories, and maybe even a few new friends along the way.
