What makes the Shapeshifter different from other folding eBikes?
The Shapeshifter line uses a unique and robust folding mechnism that is both easy and quick.
What's the difference between the Weapon and the Weapon X?
The Shapeshifter Pro uses a 500W HUB Motor, a 360wH Samsung Battery, and a thumb throttle. The Shapeshifter Standard has a 250W HUB Motor and a 288wH Battery.
Can I remove the battery?
Yes, the Shapeshifter's battery is easily removeable.
What is the warranty on the Shapeshifter?
At Superhuman Bikes, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. All Superhuman Bikes are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damages from misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance. Replacement components will carry the same warranty date as the original purchase.
Is it hard to assemble when it arrives at my house?
Your Shapeshifter will arrive mostly assembled. The left pedal, seat and battery need to be installed. Kickstand is pre-installed.
Not so sure? When in doubt we recommended contacting your local bike mechanic for help.
Unfortunately, damages resulting from improper assembly are not covered under warranty.
