15 Min Full Body Stretch Routine

I loved this simple stretch routine from Yogabody. 

He does a great job explaining the science behind stretching so you can get more bang for your buck.
 
I did this stretch before bed and was so surprised when I woke up. My arm was behind my back at an angle I couldn’t have imagined before with no shoulder pain. The stretch really helps open things up.
 
I enjoyed it so much I bought the course. Your body is the most important vehicle you have. Worth investing some time in.

BRICK Your Phone

Do you ever grab your phone to check something

And later wake up from a doomscroll thinking - how did I get here?

 

With the limitless content from social media

And thousands of creators shouting for you attention

It’s hard not to get derailed by the phone on a daily basis

 

As a content creator who needs to use these apps,

It's A struggle I’ve battled with for years

 

I’ve tried setting time limits on apps, blocking all notifications

Even a shortcut to switch the phone to black and white

BUT I still catch myself getting sucked into instagram or tiktok

When there’s more important things to do 

 

So I bought this little BRICK

You put it somewhere (like the fridge, or give to a friend)

Scan it with your phone

And it blocks all the apps you’ve decided are a distraction

 

Then you go work on what you need to get done

If you get an impulse to check your DMs 

(which is designed to lead you into a doom scroll)

 

You literally can’t do it. 

Not unless you physically go to where your BRICK is

Scan it and unbrick the apps

 

It seems so simple and easy to get around

But I’ve found it’s easier to put the phone down and recover focus

Than it is to take a walk of shame to your BRICK
