1. When will the ebike be shipped?
Expected shipping date for the Shapeshifter is Spring 2024.
2. What is the refund policy?
Items purchased on Pre-Order cannot be cancelled or refunded. As soon as funds are delivered from your order, we will put them to work ordering components to make your bike. For this reason we will not accept any refunds. We're all in this together, and delivering each order is important for this project to work!
3. Can I take it on commercial flights?
No, unfortunately TSA will not allow you to take this ebike through security for commercial flights.

The Shapeshifter wasn't designed just for airplanes, but Superhuman's president and owner Rob Rast is an avid pilot and aviation expert. He designed this lightweight and compact ebike to fit in most small aircrafts to add some extra fun and convenience to your adventures.
