The Superhuman Shield 5-5-5 Guarantee has been replaced by Superhuman Shield.
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is issued by Superhuman Bikes, and applies to the products listed in the terms and conditions for the 5-5-5 Guarantee purchased in the U.S. on or after January 26th, 2024 through September 30th, 2024 (the "Products").

Send it back within 5 weeks for a full hassle-free refund.
How it Works To make your return process seamless, follow these steps:
Conditions:
- The bike must have been purchased new from superhumanbikes.com within the last 5 weeks.
- The bike must be in like-new condition, free from scratches or damage.
- Ensure the bike is returned in its original packaging (remember to save the box!).
- Mileage should be less than 100 miles.
- Professionally package the bike to prevent shipping damage. Any shipping damage during return is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return:
- Within 5 weeks from your date of order contact our support team with photos of your bike from every angle, including the odometer (turned on to show mileage), and the original box.
- Our support team will confirm the details and provide you with a return shipping label within 5 business days.
- Ship the bike back to us within the given timeframe.
- Once we receive and inspect the bike, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
Please Note:
- Take care when riding, packing, and shipping; any damages to the bike will be assessed at market value.
